If you go back to my last blog post, you would see that it was posted on September 18th 2019. That was over 3 weeks ago.
Thing is, I am full time student with 5 courses who commutes, takes part in extra-curricular activities and volunteer at an organisation. Oh and there’s the applying for new graduate jobs part of it. That’s a lot to handle when there are only 24 hours in a day and trying to keep my sanity.
Over the past 3 weeks, I have barely been at home unless its to sleep. Instead, I have been studying, commuting or in classes. I would leave home between 10am and 2pm and be home at 11pm and do it all over again the next day. And yes I mean 11PM. Being a student comes first along with my mental health. And that’s why my blog was the last thing I wanted to worry about. That is why I have not posted for a while, and even before that, I started posting less and less.
I could have posted something, anything, just for the sake of posting. I have drafts but I refuse to post something that I am not proud of. So I took a break. Not only did I not write anything, I did not read anything or discover new blogs, so if you have recommendation of new bloggers that you would like me to check out, let me know.
And I am going to be honest with you, expect it to happen again because school’s rough.
Moving forward, I expect to have at least one blog post a week up. I still intend to post my September memories and favourites because its never too late, but I still want to give updates on my mental and the job search, as well as a few other things.
So I guess see you soon.
